Mahasarakham CC F.C., from an inland rice-farming province of north-east Thailand, are nicknamed "The Mealy Crabs" (ปูม่วงมหากาฬ) after the purple field crabs found across the region.

On Futbol Island the mealy crab can be caught at:
- Palm Point: A curving beach on Summit Isle’s shore, shaded by a lone dune palm where five boulders break the swell. Shore crabs work the sand between them.
Size on the island: 8–20 cm.
