Grouper

Inter (Helenio Herrera) · “Catenaccio” (Italy)

Some groupers lie in wait, then strike. Catenaccio means "door-bolt": Helenio Herrera's Inter locked up at the back, then hit fast counter-attacks, and won two European Cups.

On Futbol Island the grouper can be caught at:

• Deep Sea Boat: A little fishing boat moored far out in the deep blue bay, north of the East Jetty. Squid, marlin and stranger things swim far below.
• Summit Deep Boat: A second little fishing boat, moored in the deep channel west of Summit Isle. Green, deep water where tuna, sailfish and marlin hunt the bait balls.

Size on the island: 40–120 cm.
