Fun fish fact: the wolf eel is really a wolffish, and a pair shares one rocky cave for life, from Japan to Northern California. Football: the San Jose Earthquakes from California won the MLS Cup in 2001 and 2003.

A wolf eel has a big, grumpy-looking face, but it is a gentle fish that shares its cave with one partner for life. The two take turns looking after their eggs, like two keepers sharing one goal. This one pokes its head out of the boulders to see who is fishing.

On Futbol Island the wolf eel can be caught at:

• Boulder Cove: A rocky cove on Summit Isle’s far shore, piled with boulders, right round the coast from the sandbar. Shy animals shelter in the cracks between the rocks.
