Fun fish fact: scientists at NOAA, a United States agency, found that the opah is the first fully warm-blooded fish. Football: the United States reached the semi-finals of the first World Cup, in 1930.

An opah is round like a dinner plate, with bright red fins. It is the only fish known to keep its whole body warm, like a player in a warm-up jacket. The United States team reached the semi-finals of the very first World Cup.

On Futbol Island the opah can be caught at:

• Deep Sea Boat: A little fishing boat moored far out in the deep blue bay, north of the East Jetty. Squid, marlin and stranger things swim far below.
• Summit Deep Boat: A second little fishing boat, moored in the deep channel west of Summit Isle. Green, deep water where tuna, sailfish and marlin hunt the bait balls.
