A langoustine looks like a small orange lobster with long, thin claws. Fraserburgh lands more shellfish than any other port in Scotland, and its club, "The Broch", are Highland League champions. When it is startled it flicks its tail and zooms backwards, like a defender tracking a runner.

On Futbol Island the langoustine can be caught at:

• Harbour Wall: The stone harbour wall behind the farmers market. Deep, cold water for cod and haddock.
