A garibaldi is as orange as a traffic cone, so it is easy to spot among the grey boulders. It is California's state sea fish, and California's LA Galaxy once signed David Beckham. This one guards its crack in the rocks like a centre-back guarding the box.
On Futbol Island the garibaldi can be caught at:
- Boulder Cove: A rocky cove on Summit Isle’s far shore, piled with boulders, right round the coast from the sandbar. Shy animals shelter in the cracks between the rocks.
Size on the island: 15–30 cm.
