Fish tale

Down in the dark, the footballfish is as round as a ball and carries its own little light on its head. The famous ball of the 1970 World Cup had black and white panels so fans could follow it on TV. This one is the only ball that swims.

Island story

On Futbol Island the atlantic footballfish can be caught at:

  • Deep Sea Boat: A little fishing boat moored far out in the deep blue bay, north of the East Jetty. Squid, marlin and stranger things swim far below.
  • Summit Deep Boat: A second little fishing boat, moored in the deep channel west of Summit Isle. Green, deep water where tuna, sailfish and marlin hunt the bait balls.

Size on the island: 5–60 cm.
