An abalone is a sea snail with a flat shell that shines like a rainbow inside. On Jeju Island in Korea, divers hold their breath to collect them, and the island has its own top-league football club. This one is as shiny as a brand-new trophy.

On Futbol Island the disc abalone can be caught at:

• Coral Garden Beach: The quiet north-west beach of Coral Cay. Coral grows just offshore, so octopuses and little sharks come hunting.
